What to Expect

Every session is guided by your goals and comfort level. Whether we’re working on physical pain, scar tissue, or rediscovering your sense of self, we move at your pace. Using gentle hands-on techniques and experiential learning, I help you reconnect your mind and body, fostering healing and empowering you to reclaim your physical autonomy.

Personalised Care

Each session begins with understanding your unique needs across the four domains of health: biochemistry, biomechanics, emotions, and scar tissue. No two women’s postpartum experiences are the same.

Hands-On Healing

Gentle somatic bodywork techniques to release tension, address scar tissue, increase circulation and awareness, and help you feel at home in your body again. This isn’t massage—it’s targeted therapeutic touch.

Experiential Learning

You’ll learn to notice, interpret, and respond to your body’s signals, cultivating a deeper connection with yourself and building skills you can use beyond our sessions.

Nutritional Support

We’ll create a personalized nutrition plan focused on what your postpartum body actually needs: adequate collagen for scar tissue and fascia repair, nutrients that strengthen your pelvic floor, sustainable energy without the sugar crashes, gut healing while supporting your metabolism, and foods that support breastfeeding, energy levels, and libido. No restrictive dieting—just nourishing your body properly.

Specialized Movement Training

I teach ACP (Abdominal Core Power) exercises specifically designed for postpartum abdominal and pelvic healing. These targeted exercises help heal prolapse, reduce leaking, address pelvic pain, and restore proper function to your core and pelvic floor.

Trauma-Informed & Consensual

Every touch, every technique is with your full consent and within your comfort zone. Your boundaries are sacred here. We work at the speed of trust, not the speed of healing.

Hourly Sessions: $350
Can be structured as 1, 90-minute, 2, or 3-hour sessions based on your needs and goals
6-Hour Package: $1,950

Flexible scheduling—split into whatever session lengths work best for you. Most women see significant shifts within this timeframe.

Limited to 10 clients per week to ensure you get the attention and care you deserve.
